Viti/ViniFruit sourced from a friend’s sustainably 3 hectares in the Alpone Valley of the Veneto, this moderate bodied Corvina is de-stemmed prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks at about 22 degrees Celsius to maintain freshness and bright red aromatics. Remontage twice and daily delestage for minimal extraction. Softly pressed and elevage in stainless for 6 months prior to filling. With an authentic commitment to holistic sustainable practices the Rezzadore’s are eager to embark on this premium quality box wine journey with Communal.

Rezzadore is approximately 12 hectares of organically farmed vines in Lonigo, in the heart of the Colli Berici, a wave of modest hills (300-400m) south of Vicenza. It is a place where nature is happy. The estate is owned by the Rezzadore family, which touts an incredible history with production dating back to the 17th century. Generations of viticulture and wine-making have led to the pinnacle level of expertise.
