Viti/ViniVery unique soil type for and with 350m of altitude. Hand harvest, Gamay is whole-bunch, Syrah is de-stemmed. Natural fermentation in tank with an 8 day post-fermentation maceration.

Peter Gierszewski established this small five-hectare estate in 2019. He started from scratch, purchasing old vines and converting an old farmhouse into a cellar and home. It is situated in the hills above Cluny, a natural and historic sub-region of Saone-et-Loire. Farming is organic and biodynamic and Peter values biodiversity. The soils are very diverse and the wines extraordinarily expressive.
