The domaine consists of 30 hectares of organically farmed vineyards located at an altitude of 300 m. Christopher Spencer’s vision is executed by Sébastien Bonneaud, who runs the estate. The favorable microclimate and light touch in the cellar allow for a genuine expression of the region in the finished wine. The style of the estate is wines that are lighter, fresher, and highly mineral. Seb has a massive passion for Carignan, a grape he believes is under-valued and has tremendous unmet potential. The label is an apt representation of Sébastien: always with a black beret and glass in hand!
